They did not catch a major safety problem. Ball joint popped out on passenger side (that they had replaced in 2008). Mechanics did not tighten all the way. Wheel could have fallen off. I know because I had an inspection done at another RV repair shop. I had to have ball joint and A frame replaced. This has cost me a lot of money. Unscrupulous business practices. Every time I took my vehicle there they would "find" something that needed to be fixed. Outrageously expensive.
