Coach was at dealer for 4 weeks and they accomplished only one repair - they found and poorly repaired the cause of the rattle. They did not do any
of the other work, with no real explanation given other than they were short-handed due to pending sale of dealership to Camping World |

Propane not working to all appliances. Bad valve or propane diagnosed over phone. Found bad wiring to valve.
Had a secondary source for doing valve replacement instead of charging to replace tank. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Made appointment 2 days ahead as traveled to Memphis. Allowed us to stay overnight in parking lot. Took rig in immediately as scheduled, seemed to do through job and have paper work done. Extended warranty done in a timely manner. All the personnel were helpful. | ||
