Made appointment on Friday morning. They said I could bring it in that afternoon which I did. Appointment was for Monday morning. Called me Friday
night (!) and said it was ready. But I said I wanted them to check a couple of other things. They ran the scanner and found it was throwing a fault with
something to do with HEUI SYSTEM. And that there was oil on one of the front brakes. Told them to go ahead and check it out. After a couple of hours
of checking they said everything seemed to check out ok. To go deeper would mean digging into the closet floor and since we FT in this the closet is
packed. Said we could have them do further testing - maybe 3 hours - or we could take it as it is and see if it continues to throw codes. It has been
driving fine. I am very satisfied with the attitude at this place. Prices seem reasonable but YMMV.

We had a blown cooling system line, they repaired the line and replaced all coolant. We also had a annual service on the chassis and genset.

The shop was professional and clean. They made suggestions to save costs and asked before replacing parts that were possible future problems-like the air filter, still serviceable-but borderline. They checked the unit for unsafe conditions. We have a spartan chassis-with Cummins power and Onan genset, no issues with parts or servicing of the unit.

Another shop had diagnosed a steering problem, with an estimate of $12-1500 to replace the steering box.
Fortunately, I didn't have them do the work. The tech at Western States diagnosed my problem as adjustment
needed on steering stops. Cost to adjust: $95!! Plus, they downloaded my OBD readings and gave me a copy,
something another CAT dealer didn't furnish when they did a 100,000 mile pm. I wrote up a review on that shop
after that poor service. In a word, Western States is GREAT. Another word, HONEST. Also KNOWLEDGEABLE.
It is also the cleanest shop I have ever seen.

I have had work done by these folks before and as always the recent work was done right and done quick. They have one of the cleanest shops I have seen and they go out of their way to fix things right. In July they did an engine valve lash adjustment via the bedroom hatch and no grease or dirt left in the coach.
