Hydraulic pump failed on interstate so cooling fan would not run. Good Sam towed us here. RV built in 93 so limited parts availability. Worldwide Equipment did everything possible to try to get pump rebuilt. Ended up having to order new pump from Freightliner which was a substituted Vickers/Eaton pump. It had to be modified by a machine shop to get it to work in my application.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Once they got the right part the repair was straightforward. Despite weeks of back-and-forth trying generic pumps, getting old pump rebuilt, and having to modify a brand new part, they stuck by the original labor estimate.
