Had appointment at 11 (got there by 10) did not start work until after 2. By closing time at 6 they did the oil change service found an issue with the air
bags, started work on air conditioner. Total us we could see in the lot but then the coach would may not get back in shop if something else came up. We
decided to stay at relatives. Finally got coach back at 5pm and were told the wiring to the ECM was not correct and they rewired it.

Extremely disappointed by our visit here.
Went into the shop to have an intermittent power loss problem looked at. While we were there had the oil service work done as well. On the good
side, they got us right in and had a comfortable waiting area that we could sit in with our dog. Service coordinator was friendly and answered all
questions. On the bad side the service coordinator was very young, basically an inexperienced kid running a desk. All questions / information
was routed through him, no talking to the technician directly. That will work just fine if all you are there for is standard servicing but when
looking for a hard to diagnose problem some personal contact with the tech would be helpful. As it was, each time I had a question the service
coordinator had to go to the back, get and answer and come back up front to repeat it to me.
The technician diagnosed the power loss as a leaking CAC hose. He made that diagnosis by lying under the coach and looking up at the hose. Said
he couldn't see a hole but could see wear. The hose was accessible from the inside / top but for some unexplained reason the technician did not
go in to check from the top. Since they couldn't get the part I checked the hose from the top the next day, no hole. $153
Adding insult to injury our bill for the oil change came out to $285 labor plus parts! I've had this motorhome serviced 5 times and the highest
labor + parts bill I ever received was $280. So these guys exceeded that in labor plus an additional $116 in parts.
I would never go back.

Arrived late in day and was able to have vehicle serviced when the shop opened the next morning. I overnighted in the yard. The service writer had little concept of what overnighting meant, pointing me to a 20-amp duplex outlet used for block heaters as a source of power. The yard is not fenced and the shop now closes at 6:00, so security is questionable.
The quality of the work was excellent and was performed in the time promised for a reasonable charge. I was supplied with a check sheet indicating the inspection operations performed and specific readings of appropriate items such as brake lining thicknesses and coolant protection level and pH.
