Date of Service:
7/10/2009

Company Contact:
James 'Jim' Murphy

Work Done on:
Class A - Gasoline

Service Performed:
Engine just died in the Kansas heat leaving us stranded on the side of the road. Tune up was necessary after the primary coil had failed. Replaced primary coil and electric module and cap/rotor.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
These people stayed open after hours to work us in. They put prior commitments on hold to take care of a weary traveler. Jim did not want to replace all of the above components as he felt that the cap and rotor were good. I had him replace the components as a safety measure. Unit worked fine after his repairs. He even offered to open on Saturday if these repairs did not work. Jim Murphy made our trip a memorable one instead of one to be forgotten.
