Work Done on:
Class A - Gasoline

Service Performed:
I am the original owner of a classic GMC Eleganza 26' Class A motor home that, after 32 years, needed a complete restoration including: fiberglass body work, full paint job, new refrigerator, new toilet, new drapes, new carpet, new inverter and sheet metal work.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Although Seaview Boatyard had been a client of my consulting business for six years I was, at first, a bit hesitant to take my motor home to a boat yard for a restoration. After thinking it over it made perfect sense. Boats are simply RVs on the water and Seaview had departments that specialize in paint, woodworking, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and metal fabrication. The largest part of the project was a complete paint job including graphics. Seaview suggested using linear polyurethane paint because of its successful applications in the marine and airplane industries. They have over 25 years experience painting boats and it showed in the finished product, it looked brand new. Prior to the paint job, Seaview did a number of fiberglass repairs to the body and once again their experience with fiberglass boats assured quality results.
The rest of the restoration included installation of new systems. It was executed perfectly; everything worked and looked great.
The proof for me was the number of compliments I receive wherever I go.
