| Service Performed: | Tested and replaced alternator. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We showed up when they opened at 8AM on a Monday, unannounced. Bob sent a tech out to our motorhome. Test found the alternator had failed. We had an extra and the tech changed out the alternator within an hour. | ||
