  Service Performed:   Repair of leveling system.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Never got work done. Unit was brought in because
leveling system was not working. Service department
replaced the pump motor. Still did not work. They
then said it was the pumps solenoid. Not sure how
you test a motor without testing the power supply
to it first. Tried to order solenoid through
General RV. After two weeks and several calls
learned that the part was a special order and was on
the special order pile and would take about 2-3
weeks for it to come in. I called the company and
had it next day shipped to me. Grand total about 3
days as i ordered it on Friday. Installed solenoid
still didn't work. Had an independent tech check the
unit. Learned after pulling the pump motor that the
shaft to the pump was broke. Still waiting for the
service department to call about the solenoid. Only been
2 months.

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   My wife and i purchased a new trailer, finally!, from General RV in August of 2011. We decided to get a Lacrosse 308res, because of the opposing slideouts which opens the back end of the trailer up and I love the huge shower! We love the camper, but hate our selling dealer now! We have had our rig in 5 TIMES for a simple plumbing leak since we have owned it!! They also missed a galley valve not installed from the factory on the prep! After replacing the grey water valve on the second time in, when I brought it in the 3rd time they found the valve loose because it was not installed properly. On the third time in they caused another leak from the sewage outlet that it did not originally have. On the fourth time in, they finally fixed the original leak but didn't fix the leak out of the sewage outlet that they caused. The fifth time in, they replaced the black and grey valves and the sewage pipes. When I picked it up the fifth time in, we went in the back and they had all the tanks full. When we drained the tanks, it started leaking again!! I waited an hour and half while the technician pulled the black valve out that he just replaced and put another seal in that valve. Turns out the technician didn't lube the seals when he installed the valve so it rolled the seal over. I will NEVER take my trailer back there, and will NEVER buy another trailer or product from that company again.

  Service Performed:   Purchased a used 2004 Winnebago Brave from this dealer. After sale at walk through noticed a problem with levelers. They ordered the part, repaired it (no charge). Also took care of non latching cargo door, adjusted entry door, resealed front window, installed my DTV converters for free and a few other things after the sale. Felt very comfortable with the service and the promptness of the work.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The repairs were done professionally and right the first time.
