  Date of Service:   7/5/2006
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   We've had A/C problems with our Alfa SeeYa for the past year. Warranty work was done in Texas summer of '05 and they did a terrible job! They were the first of 2 bad service calls before we got it properly fixed it at Sun Country in Moses Lake, WA.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Terrible job. It took the tech 8 hours to diagnose that the A/C motor was not working. That was day 1 of 3 days we had to wait! Then the tech used duct tape to seal the area and caused NO air to come inside the coach! Their insulation was blocking the airflow and they did nothing to fix it, and actually made it worse. It was truly a fiasco! We paid the deductible and continued to travel in a badly air conditioned coach in high summer temps. Then, they tried to charge us $50+ for just putting on windshield wipers...added it as their labor charge, without asking us. We could have installed them ourselves and had it removed from the bill. We felt they didn't care since they knew we were just "passing through" and they wouldn't see us again. That part is right....we'd never use them again!
