I want to pass along that MHSRV corrected everything I had on my
warranty list, and several things on their own. They worked off each item on the list, with no delay. They finished the work to be done much earlier than expected, yet offered to let us stay overnight if that was more convenient for us. They went out of their way to make sure that I was completely pampered and not inconvenienced. They changed a couple of things at my request even though they were just adjustments vs warranty items. One example is the distance rear view camera. I wanted the horizon camera to go further out to the horizon. The service manager told me that its current position was set so as to not cause it to wash out at night because of a following car's headlights. He offered, and I accepted, to move it up, and if I didn't like it at night they would gladly put it back. My only effort was to honk the horn when the tech had it set to exactly where I wanted it. In short, I just don't know how anyone could have been treated any better, even if they had a $2m coach. |

Although it took some time, all requested concerns were corrected. Coach was clean and topped off at redelivery. Technicians spent all of the time necessary
to go over everything, that was appreciated. |
