Service Performed:
Routine service and inspection of newly-purchased less-than-brand-new motorhome.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Excellent. At one point, they had to replace a few batteries and some junior mis-connected the house and chassis batteries. They stopped the clock when they realized there was a problem and 2 guys worked for 3 hours at no charge to me in compensation. The guys also stayed well past normal quitting time to make sure everything on the work order was done to my satisfaction and I was welcome to stand over their shoulders and act as junior-mechanic with my amateur questions all the time that they were working.
