  Service Performed:   Girard Awning motor not working after just 4 uses in just 2 years.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were actually in an RV park outside of Ken�s driving range. He
said he had business near us on a Saturday and would stop by to
check the awning motor. He arrived and went right to addressing the
issue. After 10 minutes he said what we hoped not to hear that the
motor was dead and needed replacing. Due to the virus the motor
could not be ordered and replaced for several months. And we had
to leave before then. When we went to pay him he said no I was not
able to do anything. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and
straight to the point. We are from the Northeast so this was our first
time in Arizona, and Ken treated us like one of his regulars. Thank
you Ken, I really appreciate what you did and it was great doing
business with you. I wish Ken was closer to our home state!

for my solar system. Replaced and re-cabled the

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Ken is a master electrician who has deep technical
knowledge. Highly Skilled!! While I knew my
inverter/charger was blow....he was able to point
out the reasons why it blew, which he fixed when
installing the new unit. It is rare to find someone
of his skill level let me tell you. I've dealt with
some want to be mobile repairmen. Ken is the real
deal and worth every cent.

  Service Performed:   Diagnosed faulty HydrHot (2002) unit. Found a faulty
control board to be the culprit, after a methodical &
thorough diagnosis. Cleaned the burner, tightened
loose internal fuel line connections, & reset the fuel
mixture.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Only took 90 mins & running like a top now! Kenneth
did what 3 other company's "certified" technicians
couldn't and for less than the $1500, parts & labor,
we had already wasted on those other incompetents

  Service Performed:   Diagnose and fix furnace failure. Circuit board found bad. Replaced, had the part on hand.
Furnace compartment wasn't properly sealed. Water got in, started some corrosion and eventually shorted out the board.
To help ensure this doesn't happen to you, check the seal and, if needed, run a bead of silicone along the top and sides of the
outer trim piece.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   He and his wife wasted no time. In and out in 15 min. A bit pricey but straightforward and extremely competent. Did what needed
to be done facing low 30 temps.

  Service Performed:   Repair of Aqua Hot heating unit. Had excess smoke and bad smell inside of
coach. Found unit fuel pump was leaking, air adjustment way off, bad fuel
line, electrodes way out of adjustment.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Ken and Rachel were very efficient getting unit taken apart and doing the
repairs was performed quickly. Very willing to share what he was finding
and how he was doing the repairs. They had all parts on hand. After
reinstalling the burner they took the time to make sure unit was working
correctly. Found we still had too much smoke, so removed unit again and
replaced the nozzle, which corrected the smoke issue. Very willing to share
their knowledge about the Aqua Hot and how to use the unit in the future.

  Service Performed:   Repair the air-conditioning and the plumbing by removing the
furnace in the oven The rig was so hot we couldn�t stay in it. It was a
112 degrees.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Ken and Rachel were tremendously proficient at doing their work but
had some troubles troubleshooting the 20-year-old RV. Ken was a
genius and had everything working in about 20 minutes but one little
microswitch caused hours of work. Ken was more than fair about not
knowing about the switch and didn�t charge him for his time despite
my protests of his Lowpriced bill.There just generally good people
and I really care about their customers like their families. I was so
impressed I would like to be his new brother. I can�t recommend a
better person and team in general than Ken & Rachel.

  Service Performed:   A tree hit our awning. Cameron ordered it and
installed it within a few days. He and Rachel fixed
our slide toppers and replaced batteries which were
not an easy task or myself to get to. He knows
everything!

Recently my jacks would not retract, he walked me
thru how to fix it so I could get to Tucson to have
them repaired. On another occasion, we had what my
wife called the "smell from hell." He recommended a
product which I purchased and it solved my problem.
Cameron tells you the way it is. He does not sugar
coat it and provides you with the various ways to
fix a problem from band-aid to major surgery. Also
those items that he does not work on, satellites,
window glass, etc., he give you recommendations for
just as good a service person.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   You could not ask for a better technically efficient
RV Repair person. He will normally return your call
in 1 hr, if in fact he doesn't pick up the phone
right away. We usually wait until we get to Tucson
to use Cameron for repair because he is honest,
knowledgeable,trustworthy, and an excellent repair
person. He has always come out to assess what my RV
issues are, looks at my extended warranty, contacts
the warranty company for prior approval and then
gets the parts and schedules the repair within a day
or two based on availability of repair parts. As we
travel across the US, I have called Cameron to ask
how to repair a problem until I get to Tucson.

  Service Performed:   Kenneth and his wife came out twice to repair a slide motor that had burned
out and to replace a Dometic AC that failed under warranty.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Our first call concerned the slide-out failing to work. After explaining
what happened, he correctly diagnosed what the problem was on the
phone. Later, he came out and confirmed it so he contacted HWH & had
the parts sent to him. Came back out that week and fixed the problem
quickly. 

Our second issue was our front AC not cooling well. He checked temps,
contacted Dometic, got the info on the AC (his wife got on the roof,
removed the cowling and took pictures of the manufacturers sticker) and
had a new replacement AC sent which came in about 10 days later. It
was installed under warranty (it failed almost a year to the day!). They
knew exactly what they were doing.

He and his wife work as a really good team and do the work quickly - we
are both very impressed with their reliability, honesty and forthrightness.
Will always check with them when in town if we ever need any other work
done before going anywhere else. His service is a real find!

  Service Performed:   Most recent was trouble shooting and replacing stabilizer jack motor.
A few years ago, the hinge on our RV refrigerator snapped the day before we were to depart Tucson. Called Ken that morning
with the information. He was able to track down the exact replacement door in Phoenix and installed it that afternoon.
Amazing response to make things work.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Ken is the go to guy and Rachel is an efficiency machine at keeping the paper work for insurance and parts flowing, in
addition to working with Ken.

call. The other guys never even returned my calls. This guy showed
up when he said he would, was honest and provided spectacular

  Service Performed:   Diagnose noisy hydraulic jack. Had me operate the jack (up and down) while watching the jack and again while checking the
pump and valves. Diagnosed that it is the valve and it's not too bad and doesn't need to be replaced anytime soon. Further,
suggested how to get the best replacement part at my leisure. Described the ease of the replacement, as well as the mess.

Highly recommend them if you need any work done. Their
work is very high quality, will give opinionated but
solid advice, and price is very reasonable. They have
done factory warranty work and a solar install. Great

toilet backed up....Could only
put liquids down. Dealer had
it for 3 months, sent back to
factory..They did not fix it.

1/2 inches from bottom of
black tank instead of 1" into
top of black tank. Cameron is
the best and diagnosed my
problem that the dealer and
the factory did not do.

folks are more than good, they're also
fast. Cameron diagnosed the problem
with my water heater in just a few
minutes, and took the time to explain
it to me. Showed up on time with the
replacement parts, and had them
installed in 30 minutes. Great job.
Went above and beyond. The fact that
he takes 3rd party warranty is a big
plus.

  Service Performed:   Replacement of hydraulic motor and solenoids. Upon arriving at the Lazyday KOA the slide-outs and lifters would not respond. Ken was able to locate the
problem within minutes. A new motor was ordered and installed a few days later.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Ken and his wife accomplished the repairs on site. The work completed was the best I've ever seen! They are very diligent in every way to find the problems
and repair them. I hope people see their unique qualities and appreciate the focus/dedication they exude. If we are in the area again we would definitely call
on them again if we have a problem!

weekend. Agreed on Monday for total replacement. Unit was late from Phoenix but they, him and wife, came out and installed the new unit late in afternoon
and evening. All worked fine.

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   It turned out that there were two problems. It required several visits to sort out (one on Sunday). Ken and his wife worked quickly and kept me informed.
The problem was solved. The only knock I have with his service was that he seemed to be very busy and stressed. I think that the secondary problem could
have been caught and repaired on the first visit. But, when I called to report additional problems, he was quick to come back out and continue diagnosis and
repair. By the way, he did not charge for the follow-up diagnosis and fix. I would use him again.

  Service Performed:   12v electrical issues along with my hydraulic jacks acting up.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Ken, the owner, did a diagnostic check of the 12v system, explained all he was doing during each step. Determined the converter needed replacing.
This power issue is what was messing up jacks and when fixed, the jack issue was resolved. Cameron's Mobile Service was recommended by the
office staff and a couple of other rigs in the park.

  Service Performed:   Annual maintenance of Hydro Hot unit, as well as some minor repairs to the unit.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Ken was scheduled to arrive at my site at 8:30 a.m. and he arrived exactly on schedule. He performed the annual maintenance service on my Hydro Hot unit and while doing so explained precisely what he was doing and why. He made several suggestions for improvements and I had those done. Ken's customer relations and communication skills were as good as any that I've seen in the RV industry. I plan to use Ken to do a number of additional repairs and will report back on those as well.
