| Service Performed: | After finding I had a wet sofa bed in my motorhome, I found that the A/C shroud had departed for locations unknown. I called Camping World and was told they had the part and could get me right in as soon as I could get there. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They had the part and a tech went right out and started work on it and completed the work in about 1/2 hour. I felt he did a very thorough job and even suggested a couple of problems that I could have taken care of later. I don't have the tech's name, but he was very good, and neat. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I bought a 2005 Fleetwood Expedition used from Camping World. After a short trip I had these items that not work. I made appointment to have them fixed. They had the coach for a week. I called and asked if the work was done they said all the work was done. Went to get coach had to wait 5 hour for them to finish. Went out for the weekend and not one thing is fixed! Call and went back, was told that 60 day warranty was over and they will not fix under warranty. | ||

| Service Performed: | Dometic refrigerator recall and warranty repair | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They tried to double dip and charge me for both the recall work and warranty repair. What's worse, they didn't do the repair work properly and left disconnected wires hanging loose. Told me it was all checked out and working fine when in fact it was not! They knew even less about my rig than I did. I would not recommend them. | ||
