Date of Service:
3/1/2004

Work Done on:
Bus Conversion

Service Performed:
Oil change and lube service......repaired one leaking air hose.(very easy and quick fix)

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Tech forgot to tighten the diesel fuel filter up to spec....drove a few hundred miles and the fuel system lost prime and stranded me on the roadside. Had to get a roadside mechanic out to fix coach and they wouldn't refund ANYTHING.
Also.......when serviced, they had ran out of oil (admittedly forgot to order it) so they went shopping and charged me for the time it took to go get it.
Total for oil and lube and hose reapair was just shy of $500.00.
This usually runs me $150 - $175, with brake adjustments and total go-over. (they didn't do any of that)
I feel like I got the shaft.......don't use these guys!
