Analyzed a problem that I had with tires. Wearing only in certain places,
perpendicular to the tread. I had tried several other tire stores and their ideas didn't make sense to me. Purcell came up with what I thought was a good reason for this to be happening and they were right. After driving on the tires for reasonable time I had them replace both of the front tires. |

Had tires replaced on front of Essex and alignment. What a difference. Excellent service. Went back 6 months later and had the rear 6 replaced . Same

| Service Performed: | I Bought 6 new tires and had my front end aligned. I also was told that I needed a new tie rod end. I was quoted a price and they got the work done on time and as promised. | ||

I would go to these folks again. Todd and his team were great and helpful. Glen did the alignment and was very informative of what needed to be done each step of the way.
