Diagnostics, bringing in the pumper, fixing, all top-notch.
Update 8/25/2016 I gave this company a good review before, but that was before a few days and a few miles later, when I realized the black water valve they'd replaced was not working, and that they hadn't cleaned the black water tank at all. We leaked all the way from OR to AZ, had to empty into a bucket when we took the cover off at RV parks. It was not pretty, and that is when we realized they hadn't done the work we paid for. We'll never use these people again. Stay away! |

get us back on the road as fast as possible. She also did yeoman's work in contacting Heartland, our extended warranty and our insurance companies. |

I highly recommend this shop. Work was done in a very clean and timely manner. Shop very clean and organized. Everyone we meet their was very professional and took pride in their work. We are fulltimers with two standard poodles, they allowed us to stay in the motorhome while they repaired our coach. We were staying in Westfir Oregon
which is 40 miles from them and well worth the hour drive. If your anywhere in the Springfield area and need any type of repair on your RV, here is the place to take it. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Jayson is highly regarded by local RV customers; 17 years certified RV technician, service and restoration only; no sales except parts & equipment - important because energy goes to service, not to sales - my favorite kind of place. Shop rate is $75, excellent value. He was thoughtful and methodical as he worked on my rig. Diagnosed and repaired brake electrical problem and made adjustments resulting in improved braking. I will go there again. (Two previous trips to Camping World and one visit to highly regarded auto / truck mechanic failed to manage brake problem). | ||
