| Service Performed: | Installed new Koni FSD shocks which I ordered in from Brazle's in Washington state because they were the only people who had them at the time. I made the arrangements in advance and brought the rig in at 9:30 for a 10 o'clock appointment, and I was back on the road by noon. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I think anyone could install the shocks although they did have to cut off the bolts which held them to the chassis. It was the professional attitude and awareness that I was traveling and didn't have all day wait that I really appreciated. Again, I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | OK, very expensive, even charging for the work order paper work (18.00) done quickly and answered all questions. Very hard to get on the phone to make an appointment however. | ||
