The tile was replaced but the grout was a different color. The cause of the tile breaking was because of contact from the
kitchen slide that they did not diagnose. I pointed it out to them so they could fix it after I arrived to pick it up. They
failed to winterize the coach correctly causing several plumbing parts within the washing machine to bust. The slide lock
was not installed correctly and broke again on our first trip after picking it up. The back-up camera was installed
correctly but the cutout was sloppy and uneven. The estimated work time was 1 month and took over 2 months. So basically
everything we asked them to fix was either done incorrectly or unprofessional. The owners were emailed but never responded.
We will not use this company again.

Awning not extending/retracting evenly and tire pressure check.
The awning auto retracted with the wind sensor when we were not there and since then it was not working
properly. Took it in and it turns out an arm is bent. They ordered one an took a few days to get it in.
Service writer tells us the tech is having trouble getting it to retract properly after new arm installation. An hour or
so later it is ready. Before we leave we open the awning. It is angled. The arms are adjustable for pitch but should
not be a difference of more than three-it was at six-the maximum difference. This explains why he was having
trouble getting it to retract.
Awning pitch corrected and ready to leave. TPMS alarms. Inner dual tire is at 0. Other tires OK. Filled with air-no
leak. We leave.
Awning is still not quite right so we limit use until we get to Newmar to have factory tech look at it. Turns out arm
installed correctly but fine tuning adjustments were not down or done incorrectly explains why it was still not
operating right. Newmar does the fine tuning and works as expected now.

Two things and they messed both of them up.
On the plus side they let us stay in their lot with a 50A hookup until the part arrived (three days). Apparently this is not
the norm as an employee I spoke to said normally folks are sent to the CG located behind the dealer while waiting for
parts. Everyone was friendly and waiting area was clean and comfortable.

AWESOME! I was traveling from Virginia to Florida when my inverter got fried. These guys took me in immediately, diagnosed
the problem, and fixed me right up. Kudo's to Ken (service writer), Mike (technician), and the GM (David Floyd). If I lived
nearby, I would definitely return to Southaven RV for any repairs. Great job guys!!

Appointment was made in advance for mid-January. Work was finally completed after numerous phone calls and visits on 5/14/13. Lack of
communication with Forest River on warranty claim resulted in many delays. When we went to pick up trailer, total charges were $1,000 more
than expected due to additional labor charges, dubious "shop" and "disposal" fees that we were never notified about. For example, an additional 4
hours labor to remove a line of caulk we had added to shower area. They also charged us initially to replace a tire that was not replaced. We were
able to negotiate a slight reduction in charges. If you have to use this dealer, ask for written firm estimate with no changes authorized with your
express approval.

All work with the exception of the cracked shower floor was done at the dealership. All repairs were done on time and no further problems have come up.
The warranty department arranged to have a tub repair shop come to my rv storage to fix the shower which has held up and you can't tell there was ever a
crack.

Loose outer body panel and Norcold recall.

We made our 1st appointment with Southaven RV on April 5th, at this time they had told us it would take one week for the repairs to be approved by Fleetwood and done by their shop. After two weeks and no phone calls I called to see how things was going on our 2009 Fleetwood motorhome. I was told they had not had time to look at it and would be at least another 2-3 weeks before they would have time. I told them that would be OK but I had to have it before May 25th I had a trip to Myrtle Beach planned with Family. Somewhere around the 3rd week of May I called to check on it and was told that Fleetwood had sent a representative down to look at it and approved the repair but they had not done the work and it would be 1-2 month before they would have time plus there was no recall on my Norcold. I pick up my motorhome for our trip and at this time they set me up with a 2nd appointment for July 25th and assured me it would only take 2 days, so I could get a hotel room and wait on the repairs to be done. On Fri July 22 I called to make sure everything was still on for the 25th and was told by the Service Manager yes, that it would take about 6 hours for the repair to be done and then overnight for glue to dry. I get up Saturday and make the 240 mile drive after getting there the Service Manager tells me because I did not buy my motorhome from them it would be some time this winter before they would have time to fix it. When I asked why I was told to come down that everything was still on for Monday, they replied we did not know that you did not buy it from us till this morning. They did do the recall on my Norcold when I was there. This is the same one that they told me there wasn't a recall on. Never had any trouble with my Norcold till they worked on it. After leaving there we made it about 10 miles alway when it started beeping and set code L1 op and stopped working. When I called them back they told me they would fix it when I return this winter.

Had the electric water heater element replaced, exterior body panel secured, vibrating water pipe.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

This is by far the worst shop I have ever used. BEWARE!!!
We had the water heater serviced and all seemed fine. We picked up the motorhome and drove 4 hours to St.Louis and setup as normal. Tried the water heater - no hot water. Started investigating only to find the wiring on the element fully exposed and MELTED! Surprised the coach didn't catch fire. I took pictures and called the service manager. He said "I'll have a talk with the tech" as though I would feel better if he chastised the person. They would not give a refund of the $167 or help pay the cost ($83) of a local shop to correct their repairs.
As for the body panel, the put a 1/2" screw in the bottom exposed and ugly that fell out by the time we reached St.Louis.
The water pipe still vibrates - even though they charged us $40 to "secure water pipe"
If you need service in the area AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!
