  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   NO work was done for us by Camping World. Due to
several frustrating and unsatisfactory exchanges with
their Service/Parts Dept, we walked away. Camping
World refused to order parts that had already been
approved by my extended service warranty unless I
either parked my 5W at their store or gave them my
credit card info. Since we live in our RV full time,
leaving it at Camping World while parts were
ordered/delivered was not an option. Since I have
zero confidence that their service/parts department
is capable of ordering the correct parts (based on
numerous unsatisfactory interactions with their
service and parts department), I refused to give them
my credit card number.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   It's really unfortunate that Camping World cannot
hire and train competent people. The service
department rep did not know what to do, who to call,
how to determine part numbers or how to coordinate
work with our warranty company. They actually told me
that our case was a "nightmare." Not exactly what you
want to hear from a customer service representative.

  Service Performed:   I purchased a new Forest River from this facility and it took 5 weeks to take delivery. I had it one day and the AC went out. Let me say, I was living in it full-
time. I stayed in the southern summer heat for a week and they decided they had to have it back at the dealership. Today is 3 weeks later and still no
repaired AC. The service coordinator is next to useless.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The service department front desk staff tells you they are concerned with customer satisfaction but it is not supported by action. The mechanics do what the
front desk folks give them to do but trying to get cooperation up front is useless. If you value your time, never, ever take your rig to Camping World Midway,
Florida.

  Work Done on:   Class B
  Service Performed:   Maintenance work plus replacing latches and under counter light.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work was fine. The service and communication was awful. I dropped it off mid September. The guy who was working on my account told me he would
call me in a week. Four weeks later I get my RV back. I don't even know what happened. I kept calling and on one would call back. Finally spoke with
someone who said they would call me in a few days. Two weeks later they call. It was probably the WORST service I have ever gotten. I asked them about my house batteries because they looked swollen. They scratched their heads and kind of said "I dunno" or something like that. I found them to be professional but very much lacking in basic communication skills.

  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Replaced Ceiling Fan, Microwave and 32" TV. The three items were blown out at the local fair grounds camping facility. It was an insurance claim & needed
replacement for reimbursement. It took six weeks for completion. It was a very bad experience!! Finally after they got tired of seeing me once a week I
contacted the service manager and had a very serious chat. They called and said it was ready and it was not. Microwave was 2" too small and was stuck in
the hole not attached. Fan hung to low and hit the slide out. TV bracket not secure. Left window cracked & carpet got wet, did not discover until later.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Stay away from this place!! Unfortunately the only game in town. I try to wait until we are in Santa Rosa Beach for service. Every time we take it in for work it
has been a POOR experience.

  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Brakes were not working properly; they did not seem to understand the problem or the solution, responded by changing parts including controller and magnets at cost of $800. Properly diagnosed and fixed water heater for $270.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Warranty management non existent; failed to get reimbursed for water heater still under manufacturer's warranty. Failed to get reimbursement from extended warranty. Brakes still functioning poorly.
