Had issues with upper slide in our Arctic Fox 5th wheel. Made an appointment with Trailer Town to have work done under extended warranty. Was very
pleased that they were able to get us in at this busy time of the year. Was promised that the repair would be done in time for us to use the unit on the following weekend. |

Bought Arctic Fox 5th wheel from Trailer Town in May 2013. After vacation in June of 2014 noticed a slight delamination starting on slide wall. Brought it to
the attention of Trailer Town and the only suggestion I got from Bart was "bring it in and I'll give you a quote on how much it will cost to fix." OMG. 60,000 dollars for a brand new 5th wheel, 1 month over warranty and that's Trailer Towns response? Especially on something that didn't "just" happen. The problem was there well over the month we were past the warranty. |

Ended up phoning manufacturer and they couldn't have been nicer. Although I had to drive the unit over 1000 kilometers to the manufacturer they
understood my problem and were willing to fix the issues at no cost. Actually was told by the manufacturer that I HAD to bring it to them as they don't trust Trailer Town to fix the issues themselves. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Most things done to a "good enough" standard. Put trailer on street without informing us (without hitch lock and easy to steal in poor neighborhood) did non-warranty work without permission and then billed us, and even then job not done properly. | ||

| Service Performed: | Slide on our 2003 26Z leaked...they attempted repairs for over 4 years. Now the side wall blew out because of the wood damage from the water. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Trailer Town will do the warranty work and if they don't fix the issue wipe their hands of you and make you drive over 600 Miles to the manufacturer....DON'T ever purchase anything from this dealer!! | ||
