Excellent. I called him on a Sunday (fathers day) He answered the phone and took the information needed. Showed up promptly the next day with the
correct parts and did an excellent job repairing my AC unit. He does great work at a very reasonable price. You won't go wrong using him. |

Wiring on my Norcold fridge had been butchered by a previous service technician. Doug had the resources and knowledge to diagnose and correct
the problem in short order. There is no substitute for experience and honesty. |
