  Service Performed:   Our heater was making an awful racket when it turned on. I was afraid to run the heat and the temps were in the 20's at night.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Most excellent! We met them at Walmart in Douglasville where they removed the heater, stuffed the remaining hole with quilts from their repair vehicle, took the heater to their shop, repaired it, and returned it to us at the campground early the next morning. They called several times during the evening to make sure we were doing okay and even offered to lend us a portable heater.

  Service Performed:   Motorhome would not start. J&R came to house on three occasions and did various checks to narrow down problem. J&R contacted chassis manufacturer and transmission manufacturer to get specific data. After third visit I was told the problem was very likely the transmission ECU but they were not qualified to repair this item. I was put in touch with a mobile Allison transmission service and repair was made. J&R diagnosed the problem correctly and got me to the right people.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent, J&R said they would not leave me stranded and they were good to their word. They did not make the repair but worked until they knew the cause and put me in touch with the right repair service.

  Service Performed:   Repaired problem with converter not charging batteries. Repaired the problem in 30 min. and was very reasonable.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Rod was very knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately, knew what had to be done and repaired it very quickly. He stopped what he was doing when we got there to help us (we were on vacation). He was very reasonable and I could not be happier with his work.
