| Service Performed: | Our large living room slide wouldn't come in - broken cotter pin. We replaced two (of four), but the slide was so badly out of square we couldn't finish the repair ourselves. Our roadside assistance company, Coach-Net, contacted Jim's Roadside Service to come to our site at an RV park. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | In an hour, Jim replaced the remaining two cotter pins, squared the slide, and had it working. Though Coach-Net had quoted Jim's hourly rate at $100, Jim charged us only $80. Coach-Net paid the service call charge. We would call Jim again if we needed mobile service, and will recommend him to other. | ||
