Had my first opportunity to use the service today. Pulled into a park late last night extended the auto leveling slides out and lights started blinking leveling
system extended the front legs to max and blew the 10 amp fuse for level up. One call to Good Sam Emergency Road Service and the appointment was set
up for 9am today. Larrys RV showed up at 10:15 diagnosed problem to be the relay on level up. Didn't have part on his truck back to ship 5 miles away. New
relay in asked what we owed he didn't have the price just asked us to stop by later. Did that total cost was $189 and change.

I was getting intermittent "Current Overload. No Brakes" on my brake controller. Problem was diagnosed and internal axle brake wires that had worn through
their insulation were replaced.

I arrived at Larry's @ 8:00 AM with no appointment and the Service Manager Orland was able to get me in and out in an hour and forty-five minutes. He
brought the old internal axles wires out to show me where the insulation had worn thru in multiple places. We had been driving in the rain all the previous
day and he said that probably exacerbated the problem. He replaced the original wires with heavier duty wire, we test drove the rig, and the problem was
solved. I was very thankful that Orland was able to get us in quickly, fix our problem, and get us back on the road in short order at a reasonable price.

Traveling through, had work done here before. Told service manager I had two minor problems. One was the black tank handle had
come loose. He went directly to the trailer and screwed it back in. The second was a switch for the jacks. He found one for our
97 model and ASKED if he wanted him to do it or myself. No labor cost, as I could do it myself.

Helped repair water pump connection that came apart. They were able to show what happened and replaced the clamp that had become unusable.

Excellent work. Willing to work with us when we came into the shop and had us out within 15 minutes. Cost was reasonable. We would go back to
them if we needed any work and were in the area.

Water heater did not switch off of electric and the brake lights didn't work. This was a dealer of the same brand of 5th Wheel but not the place of purchase, we were just passing through. After a night of sleep at an RV park I realized the break lights weren't working. I looked on the internet and found that a dealer was in town. I called and was invited to stop over.

We drove over and one of the mechanics immediately came over and started troubling shooting found both of the problems and fixed them. Took a about two hours, and was finished no charge since they were a dealer. Fast efficient and very helpful.
