| Service Performed: | This was the purchase of our first RV. So there were issues related to first use. They let us stay in the lot with full hook ups for two nights to work out bugs. Issues like scratches, water pump not working, brake controller not working, drawers not closing correctly, cabinet doors not closing correctly. I realize that we were a little over picky, but this was our first RV and a high end at that. We badgered these people, then before we left on our maiden voyage we make an appointment to come back in a week just in case we found some more issues. We returned a week later with more drawers and doors to be adjusted, screws that were loose. Back up camera not working, water heater not switching between gas and electricity, correctly. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Talk about patient people. Mike the service writer worked overtime to make sure everything was done to our liking. He was unbelievable. Rewired the electric switch in water heater, replaced and tightened screws. Fixed fusses and gave us extra fusses just in case. This company deserves a medal for their hard work. | ||
