No work really done, just parts supplied. We had a black water valve fail open. It was a little pricey, but that is to be expected in a small town. The guy that helped us was very friendly and they had the part in stock

After calling Dometic concerning a cooling problem with our refrigerator, we were referred to this company for warranty work. We called Quality RV Service and Supply and discussed the problem and told them it was a warranty job. An appointment was set for 5-29-08. When we arrived, we were told that they would not work on the refrigerator because "Dometic doesn't pay enough on warranty work"! We were not about to pay him when it was covered by a warranty, so we left!

Obviously, they did not do the work. We know that RVServiceReviews.com's policy is to not publish reviews where no actual service work is performed. But, we feel it is important that people realize this company will not do warranty work, even though they are an authorized dealer for Dometic appliances and are supposed to do warranty work.
