Work took one week longer than promised. Parked RV by lawn
sprinkler causing water spots, denied doing. 6000 mile service, did not follow Cummins/Frieghtliner checklist, missed many items. Wiper and windshield issues, lied to us about checking. Slideout controller, did not even fasten properly. Did not do documented post install verification of operation. When checked was hanging by electrical wires. Would not trust this center with servicing a pet rock. |

| Service Performed: | I had a leak in the oil filter caused by a broken heat shield rubbing on it. They took me without an appointment, let me hook up to their 50 amp service while I waited, and when my turn came up, diagnosed and fixed my problem. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent service, they also did the fuel line recall which we received notice of the night before arriving. Iinitially was concerned that they couldn't find my appointment but they started the work the afternoon we arrived and we were very happy with their work and their attitude | ||
