| Service Performed: | Joe fixed our Direct TV mess after several others had tried and failed. They thought we would need a new dome and we had agreed to spend the $1200 + to get it fixed. However Joe discovered that the Direct TV installer had messed up the wires and he was able to correct the mess and our dome worked fine. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They are very honest as they could have charged us for a new dome and we would never have been the wiser. However they did not do that. Great customer service and very friendly people. | ||

5th Wheel Trailer

| Service Performed: | The trailer, which we bought new at Cousin Gary's in Redding had alot of items that were broke, missing, or didn't work. So most of the repairs requested was warranty work. Most of them still has not been repaired. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I left the trailer for two weeks, I picked it back up for a trip. None of the repairs were done! The service manager said they had just ordered the parts. They still have not notified me of when to bring it in! This is 9/29/04 I won't take it back! My refer, hasn't worked right since they tried to adjust it. When they put my new fifth wheel hitch in, I found out later they drilled through my wiring harness on my truck! They denied that! Awful funny my lights worked fine when it went into there shop! | ||
