| Service Performed: | Slide out design defect from the factory. The slide rollers were pushed up through the floor on the bottom of the slide room, also all the wiring in the slide room was shredded. Remove trash left by the factory that was between the floor and slide floor. Rework the hole the wires and gas line passes through so they were supported and would not rub again. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | George the tech installed steel plates on the bottom of the slide room for the rollers to roll on and not going through the floor, He replaced all the wire in the slide room rerouted the wire and LP gas lines to stop them from rubbing as they were doing before. George worked 2 day's non stop, not wasting time with smoke and coffee breaks to get us back on the road. Everyone at Flagship from the owner, service department, and sales department went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. In all of our years of RVing this dealership has gone overboard to do quality work, keep the customer up to date. We only wish the crew that built this RV took as much pride in their work as George and Ron at flagship did. | ||
