Super nice people with a brand new shop in that includes water and electric hookups for RV's. I needed a circuit breaker (Freightliner part) for my 2000 RV.
Although I had the old part they couldn't find a replacement. They tried several places, including the local Freightliner dealer, without success and finally
replaced the old part and sent me on my way AFTER CHARGING ME $292.87. Since they didn't fix anything I didn't expect to be charged but there it is. I later
found out had they called Freightliner customer assistance they could have obtained the part number in about 5 minutes, but they never called them. Not
fixed, charged anyway, poor research - not a very good experience.

Arrived for my appointment @ 1PM - In 15 minutes they had me in the shop and by 3:30 PM I was back on the road. Very professional technician and service writer. Extra attentive to keeping RV clean. This is a brand new facility - very nice and customer focused.

We had one of the rare good service experiences today at Cummins Mid South in Little Rock, AR.
Developed leak in Cummins water pump en-route from Indianapolis to Texas and pulled into the dealer without an appointment.
We were greeted as we entered by the Service Manager and, although they seemed quite busy, he considered our situation an emergency and immediately assigned a tech and had us pull into a bay. All parts were in stock. Billed time was one hour, including replacing water pump, water filter and flushing coolant. Pump was covered by Cummins warranty.
Tech even insisted upon washing rear of motorhome that had coolant spray from leak.
In and out within a couple of hours.
They even honored the Cummins Power Club card for the 10% discount on the billable stuff.
A tip of the hat to Cummins Mid South.
