They are thorough, expedient, and cordial. The campground behind the shop is first-rate as well. In addition to being very friendly and helpful, they are quick to call the factory or other expert to solve your problem |

High DEF temperature putting engine in derate mode. Been in 2 different Cummins shops on 6 occasions. They had no idea what the problems was. Took it
to Cabin Diesel, problem diagnosed (water hoses crossed going to DEF heater and update ECM) and fixed in 2 hours. |
