I was able to get an appointment within three days to have my door awning motor replaced. It turned out the motor was still under warranty from Carefree and Bill (service writer) handled all of the paperwork. Unfortunately Carefree shipped the wrong motor and I had to bring the coach back to the RV Resort to await the correct motor. When the correct motor arrived Joe (service mgr) and Bill came out to my campsite and installed my awning. They also replaced my inoperable galley switch.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Carson Calif area. |

Here are some folks that want to EARN your business, appreciate that you came to them as a customer.
The work was completed in a competent and very timely manner. They even will give you a shuttle ride home. Dave the tech that worked on mine, took me into his work area and showed me what my problem was on my refrigerator and was more than helpful. Great to be in a place that truly wants you to be a happy customer. |
