I have a 42F American Eagle. I had 3 issues.
1. Had a drain line not working properly. 2. Awning over front door would not retract. 3. When traveling into winds the canopy over full slide would come out. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | All issues that I had with my coach were corrected in a timely manner. With my coach being out of warranty, they explained to me that each mechanism on that coach also had warranty. They helped me save hundreds of dollars. If you have ever dealt with warranty work, you know what a pain it is. Instead of taking the easy way by charging for all work, they helped me save money. They are Customer Driven by giving Quality Service. | ||

| Service Performed: | Serviced transmission, installed a basement refrigerator/freezer, installed sun screen on front of coach, installed new awning, and did various warranty items on our new Fleetwood coach. | ||

Outstanding work. They not only completed the work on time but did so at a reasonable cost.
They treat their customers as family and are now expanding their service area so that they will be able to accommodate RVers who are traveling through northwest Arkansas and who have not purchased their coach from their dealership. Hats off to these fine and caring folks! |

| Service Performed: | Took in motorhome and toad to have a drive line disconnect installed on toad and and air line run from motorhome brakes to rear bumper for toad brakes | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I ordered a seat adapter for the toad braking system that I was going to put on myself. Upon picking up the unit I find they installed the bracket without authorization. (good for 1/2 hour labor). Upon returning home I find extra parts for the air line that ate not installed. Upon checking I find they used the wrong fitting on the back of the motorhome and did not use the air line inserts thus crushing the line. I was also charged $18.00 for a fitting I could get at home depot for $3.00 also. I have written the manager about this problem but have not heard anything from them in two months. So since I had to fix their foul up and have heard nothing from the I will never go back there for work. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent service and they even made a follow up call while at the next campground to see if every thing was satisfactory. I had made an appointment for a date during my next trip. They were expecting me and I did not have to wait for the repairs to begin. | ||
