Work took longer to perform than we were told but it was winter and we were not traveling, delays with getting parts and authorizations were part of the
problem. All work performed as promised, staff communication and support was excellent. |

I had a blow out on my 5th wheel tire on I95 close to their location. Although they really don't do road service they came out changed my flat. I then
followed them back and they got me a new tire, changed the spare back and all at a fair price. |

Last week on the ride home from FL on Rte. 95, our trailer tires started wearing excessively and we were afraid we would not make it home. We were approaching Richmond, VA and we started calling 411 for an RV dealer in the area to try and locate some more trailer tires.
We called Southern RV on Jefferson Davis Highway and they told us they had 2 tires in stock and told us to come on in. The service department was awesome and hooked us up with 2 new tires and we were on our way north again in a couple of hours. Their service was one of the best we've encountered and kudos go to John, Rudy, Joe and the rest of the staff that helped us out. If you're traveling I-95 in the VA area and need RV service, call this place and they'll treat you right. |
