Replacement of basement mounted A/C compressor in a 37 ft Winnie Class A. Work done by Steve, the owner, who has been in the same location for 20
years. Compressor had been replaced once before, and the job botched. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and obtained a new, correct, compressor and replaced the other compressor,added fill connections and monitored the system for two days. Found a slow leak, dismounted the system and repaired the leak. Remount and monitored for two more days. Steve can be ornery and doesn't suffer fools at all, but he does really know his RV stuff. RV Care closes for the hot season in Bullhead (late July, through mid-September). They make "house calls" and have a very well stocked store of small electrical, plumbing, and general RV parts. As another reviewer said, they work on anything but engines and body work. They will also work with you if you have RV repair insurance. |

Price was $300 less than original replacement done in Redlands, CA. System has been in use every day for 3 months while we are on the road, no problems.
I have confidence in Steve's abilities and will use him again in Bullhead. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent, reasonable and timely. Steve explained how far each wheel was out and why one tire was wearing but not the others. Felt real safe after leaving there. | ||

| Service Performed: | Service call to RV Campground: install new water valve in toilet, changed A/C filters and put in missing clips; installed new gas valve and bracket for water heater. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | My gosh, came to the campground and did all this and was super reasonable with excellent work! He knows and does all things for RVs except engine work. Pleasant and fun person to boot! | ||
