I called Blue Ox for recommendation of a dealer in my area who could set up my Diesel Motor Home and Ford Explorer for wheels
down towing. Without hesitation, Blue Ox named Gary as their go to person. I called Gary, he gave me a quote for parts and installation. We set up a date for the install. |

Gary called when parts were received and we set up an appointment for the install. I arrived and Gary got me into the shop right
away. The work was finished on time. Gary walked me through the use of the tow and braking system. He called a week later to make sure every thing was okay. I am a happy customer. |

Refrigerator repairs. Refrigerator quit cooling. Called Gary and explained the problem. Gary had me check a few things and
told me what he thought the problem would be. He checked on parts and the price of the parts and labor. We made an appointment for 9/28/2017. We arrived at 8 am and dropped off RV and Gary said he would call when completed. He called about 11 am and said it was repaired but he would like to let the fridge cool to make sure all was good to go. He then called about 1 PM and said fridge was cooling. We have had repairs done at Gary's shop before always a good job and a fair price, plus I feel he really tries to get us in and out quickly. |

We had several items burned up from electric problems. Called Gary from south Texas and made appointment to check problem out. He installed our oven

Many repairs done over the 12 or 13 years that we have known him on 3 different motorhomes have all been done correctly and with no problems after.
Always have been happy with their work and prices are very reasonable. Our latest MH will be there tomorrow for a new refrigerator cooling unit. We always recommend him to everyone we talk to about RV repairs. We come back to him from central Texas for all our work. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We have been using Gary and his crew for approximately 9 years. This is our 4th CRV and Gary installed all 4 tow packages. Through the years we have used Gary for various repairs on our motorhome. There is nothing that he and his staff cannot do. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and the quality of work is exceptional. The rates are fair and work is always accomplished in a timely manner. | ||
