We purchased a (NEW) 40' park model trailer from Vicars. We took it in for some warranty work, such as skylight leaking, it had a sliding glass door that did
not seal, screen did not function and other issues.

They had the rig for three weeks and did nothing. When we had the trailer picked up the issues still remained. Spoke to the female owner, who's customer
service was less than stellar. We ended up taking it to General RV in Wixom and having it repaired. We have since purchased a motorhome as well and we
purchased it from General.

Service Department promised they could repair broken slide on our Rockwood in time for our next camping trip. They kept the trailer for six weeks and did
nothing to repair it. We had to go get it and take it to another .

Warranty work was needed on my trailer. Called to have is serviced and got in a appointment right away. I had Some very picky issues (well to me they were) and the warranty manager as well as everyone in the building was more than happy to listen to my issues with crooked moldings and the small issues I had with the trailer. My slide room kept breaking bolts and their warranty guy and service manager explained why it was happening and how they were going to fix it(in English not RV talk)I have not had any more issues with my slide room since Vicars did their fix to it.

I would strongly recommend everyone with any warranty issues to take the drive to Vicars. Its worth the extra gas to get the type of service they offer. From the first phone call to after the service is finished. The Warranty manager even called my wife and I back a month after we had the work done to see if everything was OK. THAT is how you care for the customer.
