Stalkups replaced a leaking gray water tank on our 2013 Montana. After they finished the work I put the RV in storage until
we pulled it to Phoenix Oct 27. When we started to use the trailer the gray holding tank still was leaking. When I spoke with Stalkups after spending the winter in Phoenix they were very uncaring and tried to tell me the move to Phoenix may have caused the tank to start leaking again. Really, I have never heard such a lame excuse. This is the second time they have worked on our 5th wheel and both times they did poor work and refused to make the work right. |

Rear bedroom slide would not work.. We called and talked to Dan.. We arrived at 12:30, he met us and started on the slide right away. Found the
problem and we were on our way. We would use them again. Thanks Dan!!!! |

Install new Black water valve unit.
Correct Kitchen Slide angle |

$262.29 to replace valve. Without new handle. No resolve for the slide issue. No charge for this. Seemed excessive $$ and took 3/4 of the day to complete.

The wouldn't conform any to my schedule despite my driving many miles to be there. Left a copious amount of dirt throughout the trailer. No clean-up from work done. Mis-wired my truck twice. Lost my warranty book and couldn't replace one, I had to go to the factory for a replacement. Missed two options I ordered on the trailer and then had to refund me the price because they now couldn't install them.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND STALKUPS. |
