| Service Performed: | Brake drum out of round on Spartan Chassis causing mild steering wheel shake on braking. Cummins tech diagnosed problem and ordered new drum. Newmar and Spartan all intervened and made sure it was fixed properly and warranty issues were never an issue. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Southern Plains Cummins, Mr. Berry the supervisor, and Eric the tech were outstanding and never hassled me or the different companies involved. They fixed it and no problems... just my inconvenience | ||
