Heat pump/air conditioner not operating properly. Roger quickly diagnosed that the unit needed to be replaced. Then he researched all option available to
us and got a replacement unit expedited and installed to meet our schedule. |

| Service Performed: | I'm a novice RV operator. Coach was electrically dead and would not take a charge at all when plugged in to 110V. Called Roger, left a voice mail. He called back within 2 minutes, asked what was wrong, went through some troubleshooting, suggested something for me to try, and to call him back if it didn't work | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | $.89 later, everything is perfect. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. Saved me the expenses of a service call and repairs and he got nothing but this review in exchange. I think this guy has the winning formula for an honest and dependable American small business. I'll find something for him to work on just so he can make some money. Great guy. | ||

This was a very honest gentleman. He stated with job was too large for what he could do and sent me names an numbers to repair shops who could assist me. He also stated where I lived was further than his range of mobile service. Again, a very trustworthy man. Thanks
