Wheel bearing, spindle and brake replacement. After having the service manager of a Camping World near Flagstaff look directly at my wheel with missing
EZLube cap (I'm not a mechanic, so didn't know that something was afoot), he sold me a decorative hubcap and sent us on our way!
Driving south through Phoenix, a passing motorist flagged us down and pointed at our trailer tires! I pulled off at the next exit to find smoke billowing
out from the wheel with the new decorative hubcap on it!
Our GPS unit directed us to Sun City RV, which was less than a mile away, so we headed there. It was late enough in the day that they couldn't get us in, so
we stayed next door at an RV park and was parked in front of their door at 8 am the next morning when they opened. Since the spindle, brakes and wheel
bearing on one side of the front axle was destroyed, they wanted to replace the axle, but since there were none available in the area and would take around
5 days to get one shipped, they cut the axle in half and sent it out to another shop to get the spindle, brake and wheel bearings installed, then the axle
welded back together!
They had us on the road by 5 pm that evening so we could get to our intended destination. While the fix was a temporary one to allow us to finish our
vacation and get home, we were very pleased with them!

It took over 3 months for the work to be completed on my 2004 National Sea Breeze motor home, but it was not the fault of Sun City RV. The warranty claim was for over $10K and the CEO of the warranty company had to sign off on it.
Sun City RV went to bat for me on several issues with the warranty company and Mark Forrester, Service Advisor, worked with me on final costs.
The work was done properly and I couldn't even tell that it had been done. My carpet was shampooed and my motor home was washed and detailed prior to me picking it up.
Warranty work on our bedroom air condition unit. After having it there once before and having grease and dirt
on our bedding, I made a special request to ask if they could be more careful. On the 4th they informed us that Coleman had sent the wrong blower motor. They would have to order another. Getting home and hooking up we discovered that the main AC would not work. Calling the service center
and asking did they work on the wrong unit, it was determined that they did! So I had to bring our 5th wheel back on the 5th to have them fix both AC units. 104 miles round trip and I got $20.00, a number of apologies from the
tech, and, you guessed it, a dirty bedroom floor! It seems that they don't care if they do good work or not. Also, I would not say that they were friendly at all. I will never go back to Sun City RV.
Purchased new motorhome from dealer & returned to dealer for warranty work in first 4 months. Problems they were unable to resolve include ceiling vent/fan, sewer plumbing, dash AC blowing hot air, humming noise from speakers, missing wall trim replaced with wrong color. A recliner chair replacement documented at time of purchase was not ordered for 2 months and not ordered until we met with GM. Dealer unable to provide proof of items on order such as table, fan, thermostat. Their 2 service departments argued between themselves and did not want to or could not work on motorhome. Items they did work on (electrical, audio, AC, plumbing) later had to be corrected by another dealer recommended by manufacturer.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
I do not believe the technicians are capable of warranty repairs. The attitude and customer service were some of the worst we have ever dealt with. After approximately 2 months of them having the motorhome more than we did, not resolving the problems, not communicating updates or progress, we met with the GM to let her know we were unhappy with the poor quality of service, lack of communication, and the lack of progress to resolve the problems. After another month of frustration, the manufacturer connected us with another dealer, and as of today all our issues are resolved.
