Date of Service:
Work Done on:
5th Wheel Trailer
We had 2 slideout awning installed. One had a window awning. The owner of this company installed these. He drilled 10 holes on the large slideout. For the window awning. Then he said, "They changed install instructions on him". He put silicone in the holes. But looks awful. When I told him it looked awful. He said well what did you want me to do.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Installer owns a RV business. He should be up to date if he
is going to do repairs. He tries to charge double what we
were told it was going to cost. And he had the nerve to
charge a $40.00 service charge to come back and put silicone in the holes he miss drilled.
