  Service Performed:   Warranty and insurance repairs, servicing.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work completed was adequate. However, they kept the motorhome for 4 months and were unable to complete 90% of the requested services even though
their service representative told me all services could be provided in a timely manner. It was necessary to take the motorhome to a different location. I was
preparing to sell the unit and their delay resulted in a significant loss of income.

  Work Done on:   Toy Hauler
  Service Performed:   We had a breakdown with our toy hauler on the way to the Outer Banks. We were told that Bill Plemmons RV in Raleigh could fix our problem expediently.
This was 7-1-15. The only contacts we had was when we called for status. No one from this dealer let us know the status. On Sept 3,2015, some 65 days
later we were notified our toy hauler could be picked up. When we approached the cashiers desk, we was presented the bill without any greetings, and the
cashier left for a break and just left us standing there. After FINALLY getting waited on by someone else, we paid our bill. No one at that dealership greeted
us, asked if we needed any assistance or help. We hooked up or RV and left. This is a REAL PROFESSIONAL OPERATION!!! I would not recommend Bill
Plemmons RV Sales and Service to anyone....including my DOG.

  Service Performed:   Just bought a 97 Telstar and wanted the refrigerator, awning and generator looked at. Frove 75 miles and left it there. Called in 3 weeks and told to pickup
asap, come Friday or Saturday before noon. Told on the phone must pay now by credit card as billing was closed on Saturday. When i arrived they were in a
big hurry for us to leave, their charge wasn't too bad, 250.00, but they did very little. They estimated:
Replace awning $300
Replace refrigerator $2500
Replace gen set $2000

They did not fix anything, the awning need a crank handle, got one for $8, the frig was not touched the generator set was taken apart, it needed a
solenoid, that i got repaired for $200 BUT the gen set was in pieces under the cover and some pieces were lost on the way home. I called and was told "oh
yea ,we didn't get around to it" They said bring it back and the would look at it again. They said the $250 was just a check out cost, and they would charge
again !!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I was mad as fire 70 miles each way again with another car, so these folks could look at it again. "fool me ounce----"

  Service Performed:   The day we were leaving for vacation we found out the US Gear Braking system was not functioning on our TOAD. Called them and they asked us to come over right away. Within 20 minutes, problem was diagnosed and fixed and we were on our way!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very efficient and speedy. Kudos to them!

  Service Performed:   Electrical system needed substantial trouble shooting ie. inverter/charger, fusing etc, and repair.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent. Friendly economic service. Campground behind is convenient for emergency stops or full-timers needing repairs. Bill Plemmons is a long-term family-owned dealer in NC that bought this site which apparently was a "hell-whole" two months ago. (check out the NC reports on this site under College Park RV) Highly recommend.
