5th Wheel Trailer
Evaluation of Service Performed:
After starting our long awaited trip we found that our refrigerator would not work in the propane mode. I happened to see the dealership after refueling at the Flying J and even though it was Saturday Morning on Labor Day Weekend I decided to stop and ask if by chance they could take a quick look at the problem. When I pulled onto the lot I entered the sales floor and a sales man approached, I told him my problem and he said he would take a look. After looking and not being able to find anything he went in and drug a service tech out to check. These two worked on my refrigerator for about 30 minutes total and the tech knew just what the problems was in short order. He pulled a wire and then hooked it back up and all was good. When I asked how much I owed them they said enjoy your trip. I might just have to drive to Sioux Falls, SD when I start looking for a new trailer. I only wish I would have gotten their names.
