We purchased a vehicle - last years middle but "brand new".

Everything is a major hassle/fight with DDRV. I would NEVER
purchase from DDRV again or refer anyone there for ANYTHING!
There were many issues with our new RV (22) and it's been almost a
year and still they haven't made things right. They had our vehicle for
9 of the 10 months we have owned it. You would think they would be
accommodating with all the problems they said they would fix that
we've had it in their shop 3-4 different times (totaling 9 months) since
purchasing 10 months ago, but they are bitter, unfriendly and
downright rude at times. They took our personal bluray player and
never replaced it along with not replacing the damaged full size main
bed with an equivalent they placed a cheap twin size in its place.
These are just two issues we are still dealing with.

I was told on phone it would take between 1 hr (if it was already wired) and 3 hrs (if not wired). I agreed and said I would wait for it, since it would give me a chance to see the new RVs on their lot. I clearly told them it has a 4 pin connector currently installed when I made the appointment. I arrived on time and was told the installer would be back within 5 minutes. Forty Five minutes later some guy (Gary?) walks by the vehicle and says "That's NOT Wired" in a sarcastic way...to which I responded "I never said it was". He then left without saying a word. I waited another fifteen minutes and went inside and asked for my keys back. They handed me my keys without saying a word. No apology, no thank you, no nothing. I then followed up by sending them an email about the experience, naively thinking someone at the dealership would care. Again, no response. Imagine that.
Ask yourself this, after reading about my experience with Dennis Dillon RV.
Is this the way you would want to be treated?
Is this the kind of dealership you would want to purchase from and be dependent upon their service?
I am confident you will come to the same conclusion that I came to. I will take my business to a dealer who cares about me as a customer, and that is certainly NOT Dennis Dillon RV in Boise!

Outstanding Plus. Leslie the service manager and Gary the mechanic are knowledgeable, courteous, and up-front about costs. They have been timely and each occasion I have been in to see them. I have called Gary from the road as a new class A owner with several really dumb questions and he has always been very helpful and has never made me feel the least bit bad about any question I had for him.
Leslie is by far the best service manager I met in my sixty one years of cars and RV's. She has always spent as much time as necessary with me and my wife to make us understand a problem and be able to move on.
We love Dennis Dillon RV in every sense, from the purchase on through to the delivery and subsequent service issues. We will buy another RV from Dennis Dillon when we are ready to move up and have encouraged everyone we've talked with to do the same.
