| Service Performed: | Clutch on Air conditioner in the van part of my Class C Dutchmen motor home. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work was good. Promptness very poor. Attitude stinks. The time they took was very poor. I had an appointment and they still did not have me on the book when I arrived. They help us up over 6 hours and were not working even half the time. They charged me twice the price another Ford service had told me just 200 miles up the road. I wrote a letter to Ford and they did send me a gesture refund of about half the cost. | ||
