This is the FIFTH time we have taken our RV to the dealership we purchased it from to have a leak on our toilet repaired. It is leaking worse than the 1st time we reported it and took it in for repairs. It is the 3rd time we have taken it to have the awning locks repaired, and they are still not working properly. Tires on the unit experienced extreme dry-rot after 2 years! These were not covered under warranty as the awning and toilet were, so we had to pay $500 for new tires!

Our awning broke the first time we took out our new camper because of something dumb we did. We ordered and installed a new one on our own, but we couldn't get the pins set correctly. We also had what we believed to be a warranty issue with our TV, so we decided to take it in to Reed's. We bought our camper from an out-of-town dealer, so this was very convenient for us (Reed carries the same brand). The service guys were so helpful in helping us fix the awning and look at the TV. However, the owner came out while they were helping us and told them they needed to not spend any more time on our camper. The TV was a warranty issue, but he refused to work on it for us because we did not buy the camper from him. We were shocked. Just because we didn't buy that camper from him didn't mean we might not ever buy one there. We will never buy one from him now, though!
