We were traveling through Des Moines, IA to Summit Products to have chrome installed along the bottom of our coach and our transfer switch
went out on the coach. We were told about Shorewood RV being a Tiffin dealer so we phoned them and they got us in right away to confirm our issue. Tiffin overnighted the part and Shorewood installed it at 8 am and we are on our way 2 hours later! It's great to give a shout out to good service instead of always focusing on the bad. Our chrome looks fantastic and Summit Products gets an A+ for their work and service also! |

| Service Performed: | Fix a problem with my leveling system and work the dealer I bought it from couldn't fix. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent. They took a little longer than I would have liked but they always had an answer and didn't lie about what was wrong, at least the fixed it. My dealer I bought the Bounder couldn't fix these items after repeated attempts! Shorewood did it and they got me back on the road, happy. | ||
