A new stackable washer/dryer was installed in our new 2014 Solitude and the first time we tried to use the washer, it was
dead. We contacted Woody's immediately about the problem and a new circuit board was ordered. To date, they have shown us poor service standards. We have called the service department and ended up making our own arrangements for repairs. An invoice was submitted to Woody's and since July 15, 2013 not one single person from Woody's has contacted us concerning this matter. We are still waiting for reimbursement of the repair invoice. |

After repeatedly contacting the service department at Woody's we were given the run around, dealing with a minimum of 5 different people, all of
who kept passing us back and forth to different people. Service personnel do not return our phone calls. They lied to us about ordering the new circuit board as we contacted the supplier directly who advised us no order was ever placed. We waited from last week of May to July 19 to get the circuit board installed. We eventually found a third-party repairman to fix the washer. Woody's treated us like royalty when they sold the RV to us, but when repairs were required we were treated like dirt; no one appeared to care at Woody's Red Deer. They also told us when we bought the RV that we could go to any Woody's RV World for servicing, and when we were 20 minutes away from Edmonton dealer, we were told they had no "pull" to ask them for assistance with repairing our washer. We had a similar issue with our fireplace where we waited for an order but none was placed until we contacted the RV manufacturer. This was resolved but not in a timely manner. Again, Woody's failed at servicing their customer. We would not recommend dealing with Woody's RV World in Red Deer, and because of these issues, we would not chance dealing or recommending anyone buying from Woody's RV World for that matter. |

| Service Performed: | We have 2007 Titanium purchased from Woody's RV in Red Deer Alberta in February of 07. We had 3" of rain in the past couple of days. We went out to our trailer Friday morning August 10, 2007 to find water coming in thru the A/C unit. Phoned Woodys on Friday at 10:00 am. Told me to bring the trailer in first thing next morning (Saturday). Had trailer fixed and heading home by noon that day. | ||

While it hasn't rained since they always given us first rate service, so I don't expect any problems.
Totally impressed with that kind of quick service. |
